The Pousada de Angra do Heroísmo - São Sebastião, is installed in a fortress of 16th century - known as well as "Castelinho de São Sebastião" (Saint Sebastian's Little Castle) - constructed after the demand of King D. Sebastião. The castle is surrounded by high walls, but some parts are nowadays in ruins. Even though, it still preserves its most characteristic elements. The Pousada is located in the village centre of Angra do Heroísmo that, in 1983, was classified World Heritage by UNESCO.

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 15 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By Car (from the airport):
- When you leave the airport take the VVN road, (Via Vitorino Nemésio), following directions to Angra do Heroísmo.
- At the end of this road, head in the direction of Porto das Pipas, a small port by the sea.
- At the end of the road on your left-hand side, you will find the Pousada.
